Effect of depleting CD8 T cells on immune mediated protection. CT26 tumors were implanted into BALB/c mice and treated with 100 μg of CpG and 50 μg of 3M as described in Figure 1. The effect of depleting CD4 or CD8 T cells on tumor growth was determined as described in the Methods section.
