The antitumor effects of BiVax correlate with the percentage of Trp1-tetramer positive CD8+ T cells. C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with B16F10 melanoma cells (5 x 105 cells/mouse). After 7 days, mice received BiVax twice on day 7 and 12 and IL-2 complexCD122 or IL-2 complexCD25 was administered on day 12, 14, and 16. a The percentage survival of Trp1-BiVax-received mice. b The Pearson correlation analysis of the tumor size (day 22) and the percentage of Trp1-tetramer+ cells in PBMC. c The Pearson correlation analysis of the tumor size (day 22) and the percentage of PD-1+ cells in PBMC. d The Pearson correlation analysis of the percentage of Trp1-tetramer+ cells and the percentage of PD-1+ cells in PBMC. e The sizes of individual tumor are demonstrated
