NK cell Phenotype analysis by CyTOF. Purified NK cells from HD were isolated and stained with a cocktail antibody containing a complete panel of 33 activating and inhibitory NK cell receptors including checkpoint molecules such as Tim-3, PD-1, DNAM-1, VISTA, LAG-3, TIGIT and Siglec-7 among others, as represented in this figure.
