CD200R antagonist blocks MDSC expansion and tumor suppressive effects. A. Murine glioma GL261 was incubated with naïve splenocytes in a trans-well plate +/- CD200R antagonist and analyzed for MDSC expansion and cytokine production. B. Naïve splenocytes were pulsed with purified CD200 +/- CD200R antagonist and analyzed for MDSC expansion and arginase-I production.
