5-FU treatment promotes B7-H1 protein surface expression in HCT 116 p53+/+, HCT 116 p53 −/− and OE33 cells as measured using flow cytometery. Surface expression of B7-H1 expressed as mean fluorescent intensity as measured using flow. The isotype control was subtracted from each individual experiment and values measuring less than the isotype were assigned an absolute value of zero.
