CAR T cytotoxicity in vitro. Luciferase-based cytotoxicity assays were performed using, a) K562, K562 CD19⁺, or K562 CD20⁺ cell lines, or b) leukemia or lymphoma cell lines (Raji, NALM6, REH), stably transduced with luciferase. CAR T cells and target tumor cells were co-incubated overnight at the listed effector to target (E:T) ratios, x-axis.
