MC38-OVA Rechallenge in Opposing Flank. A rechallenge with a secondary tumour is used to evaluate the establishment of systemic anti-tumour immunity following vaccination-induced recovery from a primary tumour. a Mice that were tumour-free at day 100 of each MC38-OVA tumour trial were rechallenged with a second engraftment of MC38-OVA cells in the opposing flank.
