Showing the LDH trend starting from the diagnosis of the metastatic malignant melanoma. LDH started rising during 4 cycles of nivolumab therapy and the patient had LDH of 333 U/L at the time of C1 of nivolumab/ipilimumab. LDH reaching its peak by the time patient received C4 of nivolumab/ipilimumab. After 4 cycles of ipilimumab/nivolumab, the LDH started to decrease, falling from peak of 993 U/L to 420 and then continue to fall. 2nd peak (LDH of 483) was observed 2 weeks after the start of Nivolumab C1 before continuing the downtrend.
