Specimens above the lines are interpreted as MSI-positive and specimens below the lines are interpreted as MSI-negative. NOTE: Large panel NGS has a lower threshold for positivity (> 0.20) than small panel MSI assays (MSI-PCR and MSIplus) that measure only selected highly-discriminatory loci.
