Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) brain: T1-weighted images following intravenous gadolinium-based contrast (top panel) and axial FLAIR images without contrast (bottom panel). MRI brain images taken at initial presentation show two large frontal lobe enhancing lesions at the gray-white matter junction with significant surrounding edema and associated T2 FLAIR hyperintensity.
