DNTs inhibit tumor growth in xenograft models. Mice bearing a H460 or b A549 xenografts were treated i.v. with PBS or DNTs (107/injection) for 2 or 3 times in the presence of IL-2. Mice were sacrificed on day 24 (n = 5/group), tumor volumes were calculated. Arrows indicate the days of treatments. 2 injections of DNTs contained only 1st and 2nd DNT injections. Differences were calculated using two-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s post hoc test. *P < 0.05 and ***P < 0.001 compared to H460 + PBS + IL-2 group in a, and A549 + PBS + IL-2 group in b.
