hRT/IL-2c combination treatment dramatically enhances tumor-specific CD8+ T cells in secondary lymphatic organs in the C51 colon carcinoma model. Mice bearing an s.c. C51 colon carcinoma tumor were treated with hRT alone or hRT followed by daily i.p. injections of IL-2 or IL-2c for five consecutive days.
