Including the nanoparticle vaccine (NP-E7LP) in the tri-therapy can efficiently regress very large TC-1 genital tumors. Groups of female mice bearing TC-1 genital tumors received C + P (days 8/9) and vaccination with E7LP or with NP-E7LP (at day 18) followed by ivag administration of CpG at days 23, 26 and 29.
