The initial staging from 09/2016 (a) shows conglomerated lymph nodes at the inguinal right region and a tumor at the pancreatic tail with an increased glucose metabolism suspicious for tumorous tissue. After six courses of pembrolizumab (b) a remission of pancreatic filia and a distinct remission of lymph nodes metastases were detectable. In 02/2018 (c) the pre-described tumor at the pancreatic tail is no longer detectable and a constant consolidation at the inguinal right region can be obtained. Furthermore, no new suspicious lesions are present, showing an ongoing partial response to pembrolizumab
