IFN-I regulation of T cell activation in vivo. a. Mixed WT and IFNAR1 chimera mice were vaccinated sixty nine days after BM adoptive transfer to induce OVA-specific CD8+ T cells. The mice received a prime followed by a boost 14 days later. Blood samples were collected and analyzed seven days following the boost. Shown is the analysis gating strategy of white blood cells.
