Collection tube type affects MDSC quantitation. Blood samples were simultaneously collected in Na⁺ heparin and K₂EDTA tubes and tested using the WB assay. Mean percent differences between K₂EDTA and Na⁺ heparin tubes for total MDSC and M-MDSC cell counts were 63% and 73%, respectively. P-values were obtained using paired t tests
