HPVnegVSCC are infiltrated with activated and Tbet-expressing CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and Tregs. PBMC of healthy controls (n = 12) and PBMC (n = 34) and freshly dispersed tumors (n = 6) of HPVnegVSCC patients were analyzed by 13-parameter flow cytometry analysis.
